I was born in Bulawayo, grew up in Gweru, started my culinary career 15 years ago and since then I have had the opportunity of working for some of the top hospitality companies in Africa and abroad: Singita, Four Seasons Hotels and Hyatt Hotels. I moved back to Zimbabwe in 2018 after 12 years working outside the country. I was brought back by a deep desire to start my own business, Simba’s Artisan Bread and Pasta and transform the culinary scene. I have been living in Victoria Falls and working as an Executive chef of Africa Albida’s, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge for the past three and a half years.
