Recipe – Jollyboys Backpackers’ Chicken, Halloumi & Avo Wrap

  • 200g Marinated chicken breast
  • 100g Halloumi slice
  • 50g Avocado sliced
  • 50g Spicy salad mix
  • Sliced pickled onions
  • House sauce or sauce of your choice
  • Flour tortilla wrap(optional)


  • Pan sear your marinated chicken breast until cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side. Allow it to rest before slicing.
  • Pan sear your halloumi until golden brown on both sides and set it aside to rest.
  • Take your tortilla wrap and drizzle some sauce on it. Add the spicy salad mix and pickled onions.
  • Lay your avocado on top, then slice your halloumi and chicken breast and arrange them on the wrap.
  • Drizzle more sauce, fold your wrap, slice it into two, and enjoy.
